TEAM BUILDING
Rabbi Tani engages students with hands-on activities that demonstrate the value of each member of the team. Students have a great time while learning to communicate better and work together. They will learn tools to get along better and practice them in a low risk, upbeat, and encouraging setting. Participants leave feeling energized and more connected to one another, ready to take on any challenge.
These workshops run from 45 min - 2 hours for up to 30 participants.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Using a variety of games and activities, Rabbi Tani will help students become leaders. Utilizing leadership concepts and techniques, students will not only learn, but have the opportunity to put their skills to work by leading an activity for the group. Student leadership development helps to create a culture of respect in the school and empowers students to be part of that process.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
FOR TEACHERS
Workshops for teachers are a great way to spend an in-service day. Teachers will learn how to lead by example in their classes and reduce friction in their relationships with students. Rabbi Tani’s insights into the student/teacher relationship will help teachers gain confidence stepping into the role of leader in the classroom. But don't be fooled, this is not your average in-service day. Rabbi Tani's workshops get participants up, moving, and playing games in a hands-on approach to learning.
These workshops run from 1.5 to 3 hours for 10-30 participants.
